Where is the man with the pumpkin banjos?

Jezebel and I went out today and picked the pumpkins. We got a big one for the yard, a small one for the table, and while I was paying, Jezebel walked up with a tiny pumpkin in her mouth and dropped it in our pile for her pumpkin. Now what ever happened to that man that was making pumpkin banjos? Did he ever post any done pumpkin banjos? Posted by Picasa

Banjo Class stands to take a bow at the student showcase at the Sunshine State Acoustic Music Camp

Wow! They always give me musical geniuses for students at these banjo camps. This group played "Angeline" in tune, in time, together with leads and back up--they sounded like a real banjo band. They worked hard in class too--even though we were right beside the live gator pond. :) Good playing guys and dolls. :)

Gator Pond workshop

I took this photo of most of the class on Sunday afternoon. There are a couple students missing because they were instructors of other instruments and had to run and get their classes ready for the student showcase. One lovely lady disappeared--we hope she is okay and that a gator did not get her or her banjo.
The class played "Angeline" for the student showcase and they were awesome--in tune, in time. :) What a fun group of folks.
